Liascos Avenue, Newton
Our second project, Liascos Avenue comprised 3 x 2-storey, Torrens Titled townhomes of comfortable proportions, each comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a single garage.
Sited to a corner position, the development was completed to a high standard offering ease of maintenance and outdoor entertaining areas.
Finishes comprised timber floors to living areas, carpets to bedrooms, fully tiled bathrooms and security system,
with high quality finishing items including Western Red Cedar entry door and aggregate concrete driveways.
All three dwellings at Liascos Avenue were sold off the plan prior to completion in February 2022.
