Our Hilda Avenue development comprised 3 x 2-storey, Torrens Titled townhomes of large proportions.
Each comprised 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an undercover alfresco area and over 200sqm of internal living.
The central dwelling comprised a double garage with the remaining two dwellings offering a single garage each.
Construction was completed within a timeframe of 12 months with high quality finishes including timber floors, quality carpets,
fully tiled ensuites, external landscaping with automated watering system and security alarm.
Hilda Avenue was our first development project and was completed in April 2020 with one dwelling sold off the plan and the remaining dwellings sold upon completion.
