Valley View Drive, Highbury
Valley View Drive comprised a large development site of 1,750sqm contained within 2 Titles and
improved with a 1960’s contemporary style dwelling and a large significant gum tree.
Interestingly, the previous owner had also installed an indoor, inground, heated swimming pool. The site was acquired in April 2022.
During the feasibility analysis of the site it was determined that the tree was significantly impacting the structural integrity of the dwelling due to its close proximity.
It was also considered too large for its suburban residential location and it was in poor health.
The site was fully cleared and subdivision of five allotments was completed by August 2022.
Each allotment comprised 350sqm suitable for construction of either a single or 2-storey home.
Each allotment also backed onto the Linear path and nature reserve, resulting in spectacular views over treed canopies to the Adelaide foothills.
The allotments were sold between November 2022 and October 2023.
